Operational Protocol

From market activity to prepared outreach.

Seven discrete verification phases. One decision for your team at the end.

Each account that reaches your team has passed through seven distinct stages of verification. Nothing arrives without a verified signal, a confirmed contact, and a prepared sequence.

T-01

Under 4 hours — signal to prepared brief

T-02

First brief within 48 hours of onboarding

T-03

99%+ deliverability before brief is prepared

Stage 01

Monitor relevant public activity

Sources: Crunchbase, LinkedIn, SEC filings, G2

We monitor public business activity on a rolling basis across funding databases, hiring boards, leadership networks, and competitor review platforms. The criteria for what counts as meaningful is defined during onboarding — you tell us what kind of movement matters for your market.

Funding events

Seed, Series A/B/C and growth equity rounds publicly filed

Leadership shifts

New CRO, VP Sales, CMO appointments within target accounts

Hiring expansion

New AE, SDR, RevOps, or commercial headcount posted publicly

Competitor sentiment

Verified G2 or Capterra reviews mentioning incumbent frustration

Stage 02

Identify meaningful account movement

Filter: Ideal Customer Profile Compliance Gate

Not every signal is worth acting on. Accounts are filtered against the criteria you define during onboarding — company size, geography, revenue stage, and market segment. Only accounts that match your criteria advance to research.

What gets filtered out:

  • Accounts outside your defined company size range
  • Signals from markets you do not serve
  • Activity that does not match a commercial trigger you care about
Stage 03

Verify the information

Standard: 2+ Corroborated Sources

Every signal in a brief is corroborated by at least two independent public sources before the brief is prepared. Each source carries a retrieval timestamp. If a signal cannot be verified independently, it does not enter the brief.

A hiring post alone is not a signal. A hiring post corroborated by a LinkedIn announcement from the hiring manager and a funding round in the same 14-day window — that is a signal.

Stage 04

Find the decision maker

Standard: >99% Deliverability

We identify the individual with budget authority and direct responsibility for the problem our outreach addresses. This is not the most senior person — it is the right person. Once identified, their contact details are validated for inbox deliverability before the brief advances.

If deliverability falls below threshold, we source an alternative contact or hold the brief until a verified contact is confirmed.

Stage 05

Prepare the outreach

Output: 3 Bespoke Touchpoints

The outreach angle is built around the specific signal identified — not a generic template adapted to the account. Step one references the verified trigger. Step two addresses the commercial implication. Step three is a direct and time-bound ask.

Stage 06

Put the decision in front of you

Channel: Slack / Web Brief

The prepared brief arrives in your Slack channel or the web workflow. It contains the verified signal, the contact, the sequence, and two buttons: Approve & Send or Skip. The decision is yours. The preparation is ours.

Stage 07

Track what happens next

Result: Direct Revenue Lineage

Every approved brief is tracked through to outcome. Open, reply, meeting booked, pipeline created, deal closed. The attribution chain from the origin public event to the revenue outcome is preserved in full.
