All market intelligence we provide is derived exclusively from publicly available data sources including job boards, public funding databases, company news, and technology usage data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Configure your market intelligence engine based on your ICP specifications
  • Send your daily intelligence briefings and real-time spike alerts
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Signal intelligence data and account history associated with your subscription will be permanently deleted upon account closure. This data cannot be recovered after deletion.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256)

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to continuous improvement of our security posture.
