Six services. One output.
Every service exists to reduce the distance between a public market event and a qualified commercial conversation.
Each of these six services runs in sequence for every account brief. You do not need to select individual services — they are all active, all the time, for every account in your defined market.
Market Signal Monitoring
Regular monitoring of public business activity across funding databases, hiring boards, leadership networks, and competitor review platforms. When something meaningful happens at a relevant account, it gets captured. The scope of what counts as meaningful is defined by you during onboarding.
What is monitored:
-
Capital events: Publicly filed funding rounds from Seed through growth equity, cross-referenced with the investor announcement and company press release where available.
-
Leadership transitions: New appointments at the VP, Director, and C-suite level in sales, revenue, marketing, and operations functions.
-
Commercial headcount growth: AE, SDR, RevOps, and business development postings on LinkedIn and major job boards.
-
Incumbent sentiment: Verified reviews on G2 and Capterra mentioning difficulty with current tooling.
Account Qualification
Careful filtering against the criteria you define during onboarding. Only accounts that match your profile advance — everything else is excluded at this stage.
Qualification criteria (defined at onboarding):
-
Company size range: Headcount band and estimated revenue stage.
-
Market geography: Countries, regions, or cities you actively serve.
-
Business segment: The market vertical and company type that fits your product or service.
-
Commercial trigger type: Which categories of movement matter most for your sales cycle — capital events, leadership changes, or headcount expansion.
Note: Criteria is set and reviewed during onboarding. Adjustments can be made as your market focus evolves.
Decision-Maker Research
Identification of the individual with budget authority and direct responsibility for the problem the outreach addresses. This is not always the most senior person — it is the right person for the specific commercial moment.
Research process:
If a contact falls below the deliverability threshold, we source an alternative or hold the brief until a verified contact is confirmed.
Outreach Preparation
A bespoke commercial angle built around the specific verified signal. Three touchpoints, each with a distinct purpose. No generic templates adapted for the account — the sequence is written for this account, this signal, and this decision maker.
Step 1 — The Signal Reference
Opens with the specific public event. Demonstrates that this is not cold outreach — it is a reasoned commercial approach based on something real.
Step 2 — The Commercial Implication
Connects the signal to the business problem the decision maker is likely facing right now. Grounded in how similar companies at similar inflection points have experienced the same pressure.
Step 3 — The Direct Ask
A specific, time-bounded request. No vague 'happy to chat' — a clear proposal for a defined conversation.
Approval & Dispatch
The prepared brief is delivered to your Slack channel or the web workflow. Your team reviews the account, the signal, the contact, and the sequence. One decision: Approve & Send or Skip.
Slack channel
Brief arrives as a structured Slack message with account summary, signal context, contact details, and approval buttons. Approve or skip without leaving Slack.
Web workflow
Full brief view at the Artemis Scale web portal. Same approval interface with complete attribution record accessible.
Note: Approved sequences are dispatched immediately. Skipped briefs are logged with the skip reason for future pattern analysis.
Pipeline Attribution
End-to-end attribution connecting the origin public market event to the revenue outcome. Every brief carries a complete chain of record.
Attribution: Case study pending — results to be confirmed.
